If there is any problem with your order, Contact us and we'll make things right.

Something is missing from your order, please check your invoice first for backorders or partial shipment.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, email us at sales@wscmusic.com with the photos of damaged parts. After we confirmed that the product is defective, then we will replace them with new ones. 

- Please notify us within 60 days of receipt date.

- Return items must be in new and unused condition.

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

To proceed with return, please return the defective products.

If you are in the United States or the China, please inform us. We will let you know another return address.

 As soon as we receive and confirm if it is defective, then we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and ship replacements. Please keep this number in mind to track the return status.
