New molding for your item
When you need a new molding for a new item, we can help you with that!
The parties who pay the cost of the mold determine whether a new item will be released to the market.
Condition 1. If WSC pays 100% for the cost of the mold, then it will be released to the market and anyone can purchase.
Condition 2. If 'the Customer' pays 100% for the cost of the mold, then it is exclusively sold to 'the Customer'.
Condition 3.If WSC pays 50% and 'the Customer' pays 50% for the mold, it will be sold exclusively to 'the Customer' just for one year. After that, it will be released to the market and anyone can purchase.
In the case of conditions #2 and #3, 'the Customer' needs to place an order for at least a year to keep the molding to be active. Otherwise, it costs a lot and takes longer than usual to make the molding re-active. Therefore, we will charge the maintenance fee in this case. We recommend you place an order of your OEM products at least once a year with a certain amount of quantity. There might be some overproduced/overrun quantity for the OEM product, and we may ask you to take them all. The total quantity might be overrun, but won't be a shortage.
