1. Black Chrome Plating Parts are not glossy enough?
The black chrome plating parts that apply to RoHS, are not glossy comparing to the ordinary chrome. When you received your black chrome parts, rub them to remove the oil and polish a little bit with a soft cloth within 4 weeks.
If you miss 4 weeks and the oil gets dry, then the surface becomes matt black. Wipe them out to make it gloss again
Our last manufacturing process for the black chrome plating parts is to apply oil for maintaining the gloss part harder. To keep their best quality, we suggest following these steps within 4 weeks upon you received them.
2. Aged Plastic Discoloration Issue
In case of platic parts in white, aged white and ivory colors, they may discolor over time as below.
If ordered separately, we cannot guarantee the same color as the previous one.
So we'd much appreciate if you could order these plastic parts as a set unit so that we can match the color.
3. The Various "White" Color Pickguard Material
The guitarists who want to have a classic touch with their guitar usually choose the white pickguard. The aged white and parchment pickguards look vintage and a bit more classy.
4. Tooling Cost Policy
If the customer pays the full tooling cost, the item will be supplied exclusively to them. If the customer pays only half of the tooling cost, the item will be provided exclusively for one year, after which it may be sold to other customers.
If the tooling cost is fully paid by the customer but orders do not continue, an annual maintenance fee of approximately 10% of the tooling cost will be charged.
