- NPI Engineer at the R&D department

Role
  • Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating new products to achieve effective implementation of process and system.
  • Assure a successful product launch with the right time, quality, and cost & budget.
  • Secure all confidential documentation from outside.
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete effective and efficient product launches.
Required
  • Have work experience in the guitar industry or similar/related industries.
  • Have intrinsic and expert knowledge of guitars and related products.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Thus, the passion and the eagerness for music and guitars.

- Sales Manager at the sales department

 Role
  • Maintain existing partners/customers relationships.
  • Develop a strategic plan for growing both future partners/customers and existing partners/customers relationships.
  • Track and report on sales activities/progress in the ERP program.
  • Develop a strategic plan and execute it in emerging international markets.
Required
  • Have work experience in a guitar industry or similar/related industries.
  • Must have fluent English skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Passion for providing the best customer service to our B2B customers.
  • Thus, the passion and the eagerness for music and guitars.
