Sales Policy

 

- Minimum Order Quantity

We ship via Air Freight and by the customer request. We also ship via Express courier service such as UPS, FedEx and etc., Please note our minimum rule below.

Air Freight: if invoice value under US $ 1,000.00 (Max. 20 items, not included small parts), we charge you US $90.00 for the handling fees.

For expedited services, contact the customer service at shoppartsland@wscmusic.com for exact amount of fees.

For manufacturer and distributors: the minimum quantity of each item is stated in the product's descriptions. If it is not stated, then please click the upper arrow on the quantity selection. The number shows on the quantity selection is our minimum order quantity.

 

- Guitar Parts Samples

We can provide Partsland samples by no commercial value up to three pieces (total under the US $20) with freight collection. To proceed with your sample shipment, you should give us your shipping method and forwarder information. Shipped via UPS or FedEx are charged the actual shipping cost based on the couriers' rates. We no dot charge you any handling fees for samples.

 

- Payment

In terms of payment, all quotations are based on FOB, KOREA. Set up charge shall be paid in advance for TT or L/C at sight. in case of a new customer, we need a 30% prepayment of the invoice amount by TT for your initial order and you can send the balance shipment. You can pay the whole amount one week a go the shipment the next time you purchase our products.

 

- Delivery

We ship our products throughout the world. International shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package, the shipping method, and the destination.

Order transit time is dependent upon the internal handling time of the order, the geographic location of the destination of the shipment, as well as the shipping service option that is selected by the customer.

Orders with expedited shipping service (UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air), received before 3:00 PM EST, are processed the same day that the order is placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance including without limitation shipping caused by or resulting from any cause or thing beyond our control, including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, riots, war, labor difficulties, accidents, and weather.

 

- Return

Please inspect your order upon delivery., If your merchandise arrives damaged, email us at shoppartsland@wscmusic.com with the photos of damaged parts. If the product is defective, then we will replace them with new ones. As soon as we receive and confirm it is defective, then we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and ship replacements. Please keep this number in mind to track the return status.

 

- OEM

We welcome OEM orders for exclusive production to avoid severe competition and protect mutual interest. When you need a new molding for a new item, we can help you with that!

The parties who pay the cost of the mold, determines whether a new product will be released to the market.
